The Braidwood and District Heavy Horse Association was formed in 2024 when a group of local breeders came together with a shared passion for draught horses.
Our inaugural show in 2024 was organised in just two months and was a tremendous success, attracting over 200 spectators who came to admire these magnificent animals.
Building on this success, our 2025 show is set to be much larger, featuring more horses, events, and activities for all to enjoy. We aim to showcase the beauty and significance of these gentle giants in our agricultural heritage
